The last stage of incubation process is the post-incubation stage, which has no time limit. Post-incubation is when the firm is mature enough to operate on the market on its own. Then, the firm graduates from the incubator, but the latter’s services remain available to the former. The goal of this stage is to foster the firm’s autonomy and mit- igate the impact of graduation from the incubator.
