With the SLM Solutions 280 2.0 model 3D metal printer available at our center, complex designs can be produced as a single piece with a high degree of strength and precision, and there are various material options. This allows you to accelerate your prototype and mass production processes.

3D OPTICAL SCANNER

Our semi-automatic Hexagon Smartscan R12 Optical 3D scanner at the center enables the rapid and high-precision creation of three-dimensional models of objects. This caters to the digitalization needs in various fields, including industrial design, product development, and art.

3D POLYMER PRINTER (SLS)

With the Proadways Promaker P1000 X model 3D polymer printer available at our center, complex designs can be produced as a whole using engineering polymers without the need for any support structures, ensuring high strength and precision. This allows you to accelerate your prototype and mass production processes and reduce the number of assemblies in your designs.

The machine has a production volume of 300 x 300 x 300 mm³.

INDUSTRIAL FFF 3D PRINTER

With the 3D Gence F421 model FFF 3D printer available at our center, complex designs can be produced with high strength and precision. This allows for the acceleration of prototype and mass production processes, enabling design testing before mass production. Additionally, the ability to produce designs as a whole can reduce the number of assemblies. Our machine can process engineering polymers and their composite derivatives, offering a wide range of material and color options.

The machine has a production volume of 380 x 380 x 420 mm³.

FIBER LASER CUTTING

Our laser cutting machine at the center allows for the precise and fast cutting of complex geometries using various sheet materials.

  • 2 kW laser power
  • Precitec cutting head
  • 1500 x 3000 mm² table size

The laser cutting machine can cut the following sheet materials with the specified thicknesses:

  • Carbon Steel S235JR, S355MC (up to 14 mm)
  • Stainless Steel (up to 8 mm)
  • Aluminum (up to 6 mm)
  • Brass (up to 4 mm)

 

WIRE EDM

The ONA AV35 wire EDM machine in our center enables the precise cutting of metals with high electrical conductivity, even with complex geometries. This method is particularly useful for working with metals that have high strength and are challenging to machine using other manufacturing techniques.

  • Travel strokes: 600 mm (X-axis), 600 mm (Y-axis), 400 mm (Z-axis)
  • UV axis movement: 120 mm in both the U and V axes
  • Maximum workpiece weight: Up to 1500 kg
  • Wire diameter options: Between 0.1 mm and 0.33 mm

FDM 3D PRINTER

With the Creality 3040 model FDM 3D printer available at our center, products with complex geometries can be produced with high precision and at a very low cost. This enables the prototyping of designs and the production of concept models. Additionally, the ability to produce designs as a single piece can reduce the number of assemblies. The low production cost makes it attractive for decorative, hobby, and educational purposes. The high precision also offered by the machine also allows for artistic productions.

The machine has a production volume of 300 x 300 x 400 mm³.

Freeze Dryer

Lyophilization technology is used in fields such as food technology, pharmacology, biochemistry, tissue engineering and microbiology to remove moisture from the environment by freezing a substance and then directly turning the water into a gaseous state.

What is its difference from other drying methods?

It ensures that the samples remain stabilized by usinglow temperatures instead of high temperatures thatdamage the active ingredients.

The shape of the dried product does not deteriorate and it extends the shelf life of the product more than other drying methods.

It reduces the cost of transportation and storage by minimizing the weight and volume of samples.

Triple Quadrupole GC-MS/MS Analysis

Gas Chromatography– Mass Spectrometry is a device used in chemical composition analysis and substance quantity determination. It allows to structurally identify each ingredient by separating the components in the mixture. It has advantages such as identification of samples in very low volumes and rapid analysis time.

High Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge

High Speed Refrigerated Centrifuge is used for solid-liquid separation of various biological, chemical and microbial samples.

Regarding to the high speed and cooling feature which are not available in standard centrifuges, It can be used safely in speed and temperature sensitive samples such as;

DNA Isolation and Analysis

The DNA Isolation and Pipetting System offers two different technologies in a single device. After performing the DNA isolation process precisely, it also automatically carries out the purification process by using the pipetting system. After the isolation process, DNA analysis can be performed using PCR and horizontal electrophoresis devices.

What are the features that distinguish it from known nucleic acid isolation methods?

It saves time by allowing working with 16 samples in a fully automatic manner.

It provides reliable results by eliminating the risk of cross-contamination.

Liquid-Solid Extraction Unit

With the Liquid-Solid Extraction Unit, one, some or almost all of the substances in the solid can be extracted with a suitable solvent.

Homogenizator

It is a homogenizator with digital speed display for volumes between 0.25 – 30 L (water). Its wide speed range options between 600–10.000 rpm allow working at high circular speeds even with small diameter rotors. It can perform repeatable operations thanks to its ability to maintain constant speed even in varying viscosities.

STELLARIS DLS Digital Light Sheet Microscope

It combine a confocal and digital light-sheet (DLS) microscope in device. Thus, unique quality images can be obtained according to experimental needs without any hardware changes.
