Exceptional Circumstances where Explicit Consent is Not Required for the Processing and Transfer of Your Personal Data:

Within the scope of KVKK, personal data can only be processed and transferred with the explicit consent of the person concerned. However, in exceptional cases regulated in Article 5 of the KVKK, personal data may be processed and transferred without the explicit consent of the person concerned. In this context, there are cases where we do not need to obtain explicit consent while providing our Services and are considered within the scope of the exception. These exceptional circumstances are listed below.

Storage of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for the damage.
