KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN BULUTA VE IDI GENEL MERKEZİ’NE AKTARIMINA İLİŞKİN AÇIK RIZA METNİ
International Development Ireland Ltd. (“IDI”) ile paylaşmış olduğum kişisel verilerimin (i) D-TECH4ENT-Deep Technology Incubator for Entrepreneurs (Girişimciler için Derin Teknoloji Kuluçka Merkezi) Projesi’ne yapmış olduğum Startup başvurumun alınabilmesi ve yönetilmesi amacıyla IDI tarafından kullanılan bulut bilişim sistemine yükleneceğini, (ii) Yurtdışında mukim veri sorumlusu olması sebebiyle IDI’ın yurtdışındaki genel merkezine kurumsal şeffaflığı sağlamak amacıyla aktarılacağını, bildiğimi kabul ve beyan ediyor ve bu kapsamda yurtdışında yerleşik veri sorumlusuna ve ayrıca bulut hizmet sağlayıcılarına aktarılmasına açık rıza veriyorum. Ayrıca, herhangi bir zamanda bu açık rızayı geri çekmek istemem halinde, The Courtyard, Carmanhall Road, Sandyford, Dublin, D18HP90, Ireland adresine veya IDI sisteminde kayıtlı e-posta adresim olması halinde info@egedtech.com elektronik posta adresine, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğe uygun olarak başvurabileceğimi bildiğimi kabul ve beyan ederim.

EXPLICIT CONSENT REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THE CLOUD AND IDI HQ
I hereby acknowledge and declare that my personal data shared with International Development Ireland Ltd. (“IDI”) through the form (i) will be uploaded to the cloud infrastructure used by IDI in order to collect and manage my Startup application for the D-TECH4ENT – Deep Technology Incubator for Entrepreneurs Project and (ii) as IDI is a data controller located abroad, will be transferred by IDI to its overseas HQ to ensure corporate transparency; therefore I explicitly consent to the transfer of my personal data to the cloud service providers and to the IDI’s headquarter located abroad. I also understand and declare that, I have the right at any time to withdraw my consent to the transfer of my personal data by contacting IDI at 4 The Courtyard, Carmanhall Road, Sandyford, Dublin, D18HP90, Ireland, or, if I have a registered email address in IDI system, by contacting their email address info@egedtech.com, in accordance with the Comminuque On The Principles And Procedures For The Request To Data Controller. |
