On the second day of the training, the importance of legal and financial terminologies related to investment term sheets was emphasised. While highlighting the points to be considered during the “Due Diligence” stage, attention was drawn to the need for documentation during and after the negotiations. The training, which also examined successful “exit” strategies, ended with a group study designed for the incubation centre that will be run within the scope of the project.

The Deep Technology Incubation Center (Ege D-Tech) Project, run by Ege Technopark, is carried out within the framework of the Competitive Sectors Program (RSP), co-financed by the Republic of Turkey and the European Union.
